Displaying calibration values
The TNC saves the effective length and effective radius of the
touch probe in the tool table. The TNC saves the touch probe
center offset to the touch probe table in the columns
CAL_OF1
(principal axis) and
CAL_OF2
(minor axis). You can display the
values on the screen by pressing the
TCH PROBE TABLE
soft key.
During calibration, the TNC automatically creates the
TCHPRMAN.html log file to which the calibration values are saved.
Please make sure the correct tool number is active
when you use the touch probe system. Regardless
of whether you want to use a touch probe cycle in
automatic mode or
Manual operation
mode.
