ADJUSTMENT OF ONE-POINT FRAME

1. Adjust the position of Hook according to the thick-
ness of the fabric for keeping proper clamp tension.
The hook has to be closed and opened without high
tension. For adjustment of tension, use the wing
nuts.
In case you have no allowance to adjust tension for
thick fabric, refer operation no.2 and adjust tension.
If the hook has extremely high tension, it will
damage frame itself.
2. In case position of upper and lower frame is
not matching because of thickness of fabric,
adjust position of upper frame by wing nuts.
The upper frame should be parallel to the lower
frame.
If position is not parallel, fabric is not held firmly
and it may happen that frame hits pressure foot
and damages machine.
The following adjustment is required for setting fabric.
