CAUTION
Incorrect wheel nuts or improp
erly tightened wheel nuts can
cause the wheel to become
loose and even come off. This
could lead to an accident. Be
I
sure to use the correct wheel
nuts. If you have to replace
them, be sure to get the right
kind. Stop somewhere as soon
as you can and have the nuts
tightened with a torque wrench
to the proper torque.

for the proper
wheel nut torque.

NOTICE
Improperly tightened wheel
nuts can lead to brake pulsation
and rotor damage. To avoid
expensive brake repairs, evenly
tighten the wheel nuts in the

proper sequence and to the
proper torque specification.

When you install the wheel
and tyre, you must also re
insta!! the centre cap. Place
the cap on the wheel and tap
it into place until it sits flush
with the wheel.

Store all the equipment in the
proper storage areas.
Store the flat tyre where the
spare tyre was stored.

Storing a jack, a tyre or other
equipment in the passenger's
compartment of the vehicie
could cause injury. In a sudden
stop or collision, loose equip
ment could strike someone.
Store all these in the proper
place.

Always close and latch the
spare tyre cover (if fitted) .
