Start the engine and let it run
until you can feel that the
upper radiator hose is getting
hot (watch out for the engine
cooling fans). By this time,
the coolant level inside the
radiator filler neck will be
lower.
6.
Add more of the right mixture
through the filler neck until
the level reaches the base of
the filler neck.
7.
Re-install the pressure cap.
• ENGINE FAN NOISE
Your vehicle is fitted with a
clutched engine cooling fan.
Under most driving conditions,
the fan clutch is not fully engaged.
This improves fuel economy and
reduces noise.
Under heavy vehicle loading,
trailer towing or high outside
temperatures, the fan speed
increases when the clutch
engages.
An increase in fan noise is normal.
The noise will go away when the
fan slows down and the clutch
disengages.

All passengers must be out of
the vehicle when it is being
jacked.
•
Do not jack a vehicle with a
trailer attached. Remove the
trailer first.
•
Only jack the vehicle on hard
level surfaces.
•
Use the jack only at the desig
nated lifting points. Use in
other locations may result in
the vehicle falling off the jack,
or damage to the vehicle.
•
Do not start or run the engine
while the vehicle is supported
by the jack.
