Step Action
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARDS EXIST.
ELECTRIC SHOCK CAN CAUSE SERIOUS OR FATAL INJURY.

Carry out Power OFF Sequence.
Wait for 2 minutes. This ensures that the capacitors have discharged to a safe level.

ISOLATE AND LOCK OUT THE MAINS SUPPLY TO THE LASER.

Unlock and open the Laser Head lid.

Remove the hose from the Beam Dump housing.

Unlock and open the front door.

Disconnect Cooler Node cable assembly.

Using the handle located on the Cooler assembly tray, pull the tray out all the way.

Identify the reservoir hose. Position a container on the floor adjacent to the
reservoir Hose.

Connect the reservoir hose to the water fitting. Lower the reservoir hose into the
container.

Remove the reservoir hose from the water fitting.

Using the handle located on the Cooler assembly tray, carefully lift and place the
Cooler assembly on the rail and slide it back into position.
Note
Check to make sure that no hose lines are twisted or pinched.

Connect Cooler Node Cable assembly.

Close and lock the front door

Replace the hose on the Beam Dump housing.

Close and lock the Laser Head lid.
