Care of the System
Clean the Fluid Outlet Filters
Check the high pressure fluid outlet filters (202)

. See Fig. 95.
1.
Follow the
Pressure Relief Procedure
on page 21.
2.
Unscrew the filter bowl (C) and disassemble the
filter. Refer to manual 307273, supplied.
3.
Clean all parts with a compatible solvent.
4.
Reassemble the filter. Refer to manual 307273.

Agitator Care
1.
Shut off the agitator air control valve (D). Discon-
nect the air line from the agitator.
2.
Every 8 hours, add 2 to 3 drops of SAE #10 oil to
the agitator air inlet (E), to lubricate the air motor
(53a).
3.
When assembling the agitator, the motor shaft (F)
and mixer shaft (53c) must not extend past the
split in the coupling (53b). Torque the coupling
screws to 23–27 in-lb (2.6–3.1 N
m).
