Setup Functions
Pressure Key 3, Level 5
Low Pressure A or B (Optional)
Default Setting: 5 psi (0.03 MPa, 0.3 bar)
Purpose
To turn off the system and sound an alarm if the
system pressure drops below the low pressure A or
B setting. This helps detect a clogged fluid filter or a
plugged reservoir inlet.
Access
In setup level 5, press key 3 on the keypad to access
the Low Pressure A or B function.
Keypad Display
The key 3 light is green and 5 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 58.
System Schematic Panel
The low pressure A and/or B light blinks. See Fig. 59.
Changing Values
The default setting is based on using typical materials
in the proportioner. Extremely thick materials with very
low vapor pressures may require a higher setting. Thin
materials may require a lower setting.
Press the arrow keys to change the low pressure A or
B setting. 1 psi (0.01 MPa, 0.1 bar) is the minimum
setting.
