Setup Functions
Pressure Key 3, Level 2
Maximum Pressure Differential
Default Setting:
2000 psi (14 MPa, 138 bar)
Purpose
To turn off the system and sound an alarm if the
pressure differential between proportioning pumps A
and B exceeds the maximum pressure differential
setting. This helps avoid spraying off ratio material.
Access
In setup level 2, press key 3 on the keypad to access
the Maximum Pressure Differential function.
Keypad Display
The key 3 light is green and 2 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 50.
System Schematic Panel
The pump A and B lights blink. See Fig. 51.
Changing Values
This value should be set as low as possible for the
material being sprayed without getting false alarms.
Press the arrow keys to change the maximum pres-
sure differential. See procedure for
Setting Pressures
on page 57.
