Setup Functions
Solvent Key 2, Level 4
Select Stored Recipes
Default Setting:
1, 2, 3, or 4 (1:1, 2:1, 3:1, or 4:1 ratio
with temperature sensors off), or 5, 6, 7, or 8 (1:1, 2:1,
3:1, or 4:1 ratio with temperature sensors on, feed
pumps on, and high level sensors selected)
Purpose
To select a recipe saved previously.
A
recipe
is a group of settings that have been saved in
Level 5 setup for use with particular materials. A recipe
can then be selected whenever the related material is
used.
Recipes 1, 2, 3, and 4 contain the default settings for
1:1, 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 ratios respectively, with tempera-
ture sensors off. Recipes 1, 2, 3, and 4 cannot be
changed or deleted.
Recipes 5, 6, 7, and 8 contain the default settings for
1:1, 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 ratios respectively, with tempera-
ture sensors on, feed pumps on, and high level sen-
sors selected. Recipes 5, 6, 7, and 8 cannot be
changed or deleted.
Recipes should be recorded on copies of the form on
page 58. Keep your records where they are accessible
to the person doing setup and where they will not be
damaged.
Access
In setup level 4, press key 2 on the keypad to access
the Stored Recipes.
Keypad Display
The key 2 light is green and 4 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 45.
System Schematic Panel
There is no related panel display.
Changing Values
Press an arrow key until the desired recipe number
displays. You must exit setup mode from this function
to run the selected recipe.
NOTE:
Recipes 1 through 8 cannot be changed or
deleted.
Deleting Recipes
Press an arrow key until the number of the recipe you
want to delete displays. Hold down key 2 for 5 seconds
to delete the recipe. A new recipe can be saved in
setup level 5, using that number if desired.
