Setup Functions
Material Usage Key 4, Level 1
Premier Pump Cycle Total (non-resettable)
Purpose
The cycle total is non-resettable. The counter keeps
track of the total number of cycles the Premier pump
has run since the equipment was first started up.
NOTE: The cycle total will reset to 0 if the software is
changed.
Access
In setup level 1, press key 4 on the keypad to access
the Premier Pump Cycle Total.
Keypad Display
The key 4 light is green and 1 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 62. The number displays
in increments of 1000s. For example, 21 = 21,000
cycles.
System Schematic Panel
The Premier Pump light blinks. See Fig. 63.
Changing Values
Value cannot be changed.
Premier Maintenance Alarm
The Premier Pump light will blink red after the Premier
cycle count reaches 3,000,000 cycles. This alerts the
operator that the Premier air motor is due for mainte-
nance. See Fig. 64.
In setup level 1, press key 4 for five seconds to reset
the alarm. Follow air motor maintenance procedures in
manual 308213.
