Storage
The device differentiates between permanent device storage (which can be extended with a
memory card) and main memory. The permanent storage area is for data such as music and
photos. Main memory is temporary storage used by the device to run apps and the overall
system.

When Power save mode is enabled, the

is shown next to the battery icon.
Power Save mode ends automatically when the device is being charged.
The device detects memory cards with a storage capacity of 32 GB. Higher capacity
cards (to 512 GB) can be used if formatted on the Gigaset GS4 (not from a PC).
