Boosting app speed with DuraSpeed

Apps running in the background can impair the running of apps in the foreground. The running
of background apps is therefore normally restricted, e. g. notifications are delayed.

You can use DuraSpeed to specify which background apps are to be left to run unrestricted if an
app is active in the foreground. The function is not enabled on initial delivery.
