2. Unpacking and Installation
Please make sure not to damage any components or parts with a knife or any other sharp object while
unpacking your 3D printer.
If you discover any kind of damage to the 3D printer please contact your reseller immediately
Securing devices, palette
2.1 Removal Securing Devices
In order to set up your X500pro 3D Printer you need to remove the transport security.
The X500pro 3D printers is delivered on a wooden palette and fixed onto that on four points (see image
above).
To be able to lift the 3D printer from the metal bar respectively the wooden palette, please unscrew the
brackets.
In order to level the 3D printer please loosen or fasten the four machine feet, please make sure you fix the
position of the feet with the counter nut.
