– SAFETY DEVICES
Personnel exposed to the hazards inherent in moving parts are protected by special safety devices on the appliance.
grilles covering the cooling fans (ref. 1 fig. 5);
grilles covering the condenser unit (ref. 2 fig. 5).
The appliance is also provided with devices to protect the food during processing. Below is a list of the safety devices
on the appliance.
Sensor reads and signals door opening. If the doors remains open for a presetted time, it will appear on the
display the message
“ id ”
combined with a acoustic alarm and the compressor will switch off.
Sensor (ref. 3 fig. 5) located on cooling circuit signals any overheating of the equipment and places the machine
on standby.
