– EXECUTION OF A PROGRAM
Execution of a program
Operate as follows:

Make sure the device is in the "on" status.
2.
Make sure that the keyboard is not locked and that no procedure is in progress.
3.
Press and release the
key, press and release the
key or the
key to select the program and then press
and release the START/STOP key to start it: the operating cycle will be started with the settings memorised in the
program.

– DISPLAY OF INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE HACCP ALARMS
Operate as follows:
