Measure the other side from the bottom
surface of the stationary part to the ground
level.
(The measured value of both sides should
approximately be the same).
If the value is same then skip step 19, if not
follow step 19.

Adjust the fulcrum screws and make the
distance same from the ground level for
both the arms.

Fasten all the screws fully (bottom out the
spring washer) which are tightened by hand
previously.
21.
Fix the 2 knobs by fastening the screws.

Using the knob, rotate the bed tilt
mechanism and make the flat face of the
bed tilt mechanism parallel to the ground.
23 Fix the bed assembly to the bed tilt
mechanism and tighten all the 4 nuts.
24 Use the knob to rotate the bed tilt assembly
to and fro to check if the bed assembly is
rotating smoothly.
