9.17. PARTS TO BE REPLACED ON THE VEHICLE
DURING MAINTENANCE
During vehicle maintenance the following parts are subject to replacement:
1. Fuel fine filter of ZMZ4061, ZMZ4063 and ZMZ40522 engines (re
placed in assembly), filter designation is 2108111701003 or 4021.1117010).
Fuel fine filter of Sofim 8140. 43C engine is 1 457 434 106 (as per cata
logue BOSCH). It is allowed to use 1902138 540020 6432012 (as per cata
logue IVECO N 60339013).
2. Filter element of GAZ560, GAZ5601, 5602 engine fuel fine filter –
5601117040. It is allowed to use 7401117040 filter element with compulso
ry replacement in 10000 km of run.
3. Oil filter in assembly of ZMZ4061, ZMZ4063 and ZMZ40522 en
gines – 2101C101205HK2. The above mentioned filter (Fig. 9.14) is full
flow and nondetachable one ensuring high quality of fuel cleaning (ПНТП
«КОЛАН» make).

2101C1012005HK2 filter provides that no dirty oil will enter the en
gine lubricating system (unlike the filters of common design). When starting
cold engine or at maximum clogging of filter element

of oil are performed through filter element

If you have failed to purchase «КОЛАН» filter it is allowed to use foreign
made oil filters L17200 “Puralator” and C102, C113, C117, C149 “Champi
on” on ZMZ4061, 4063 and 40522 engines.
However it necessary to note that when starting cold engine or at clog
ging of filter element (when using the above filters – substitutes) the bypass
valve opens allowing the dirty oil to enter the engine lubricating system.
