have three positions:
1. Position I (OFF) – top part of the required key (without inscription) is
pressed.
2. Position II– middle position.
3. PositionIII – bottom part of the required key (with inscription) is
pressed.
To turn on the system it is necessary to set key

to position II. In doing
so, green warning lamp

lights up; the system operates with limited output
power. To operate at maximum power key

should be set to position III.
To turn on flashing beacons it is necessary to set key

to position II. In
doing so, warning lamp

should light up.
To turn on siren key

should be set to position III and by means of key

set the required siren type:
— position I – long siren “W”;
— position II – short siren “Y”;
— position III – short siren “H”.
Siren signal of “Y” type can be also turned on by pushing horn button on
steering wheel.
For repeating vocal information microphone should be connected to sock

to position I (OFF) and press speaking key on the microphone
body. It is possible to repeat information from tape recorder or radio set, for
this purpose their line “OUTPUT” should be connected to socket

Lighting up of warning lamp

of red colour on signaling and loud
speaker system control desk indicates the system failure. Immediately shift key

in
position I (OFF) and check the system wiring.
