Never use gasoline or solvents for the above purpose.
On detecting corrosive spots it is necessary to remove the rust to pure metal,
prime and apply corrosionresisting mastic.
You should not keep the vehicle under rubberised cover or place rubber
articles on bodywork painted surface because dark spots may appear which
cannot be removed with car polish.
To retain elasticity of rubber seals at low temperatures , it is recommend
ed to smear them with glycerine at regular intervals.
In the process of vehicle operation noncorrosive coating may fail with time
that is why it is necessary to perform corrosionresisting treatment at regular
intervals at service stations.
