For seating convenience the driver seat is adjustable. By turning handle

(Fig. 5.2) the seat can be moved in lengthwise direction. Required seat back
rest tilt is adjusted by rotation handwheel

For driver’s convenience seat tilt is also adjusted by means of nuts

On GAZ33023 and GAZ330273 and on some of GAZ2752 vehicles, sec
ond row of seats is installed – two doubleseats for four passengers.

Seat belts
are effective equipment to protect the driver and any passen
gers from severe injury in road accidents.
To fasten the belt (Fig.5.3) it is necessary
to pull the belt webbing slow
ly by the tongue over the shoulder and across the chest and push it into the
buckle nearest the wearer; a click will indicate that the belt is locked.
