If any of the diagnostic parameters deviate from the specifications, consult the

Troubleshooting section in this manual (Section 10) or contact Galvanic Applied Sciences.

9.3 Cleaning the ACCUCHROME

The exterior of the unit can be cleaned with a cleaner that is suitable for stainless steel.

When cleaning the exterior of the unit, take care that the cleaning material does not enter the

interior of the unit. Do not to submerse the unit in water, clean it with a hose or with

excessive amounts of water

Do not attempt to clean any of the electronic equipment within the unit.

9.4 Replacing the Helium Cylinder

The helium cylinder should be replaced before it runs out. A large helium cylinder will

typically last 3 - 6 months; this depends on the usage of the system. Galvanic Applied

Sciences recommends using a two cylinder manifold system to minimize downtime.

Take care to ensure that the helium supply is replaced before the gas is

depleted from the tank. If the helium supply does run out, it may be

necessary to allow helium to flow thru the system for 24 hours to re-

equilibrate the analyzer.
