Criteria
13. Calibration
01
Touch Panel
Perform calibration when the
display is largely displaced.
Touch panel calibration value is stored
in the display unit.
02
Analog
If measurement error of ECG,
BP, TEMP, CO is large,
perform calibration for each
parameter.
(Exclusive signal generator
for calibration is necessary.)
Calibration value of analog board is
stored in the CPU board.
Therefore, if CPU board, analog board,
and other interface board are
individually or totally replaced,
calibration must be performed with the
assembled condition to write the
calibration/correction value to the CPU
board.
03 Recorder
Perform
calibration
when
problem occurs for the print
density, feed speed, paper
sensor, mark sensor, etc.
Recorder calibration value is stored in
the CPU board.
Therefore, if recorder CPU board is
replaced, it is necessary to write the
calibration/correction value to the CPU
board.
04 CO
2
Perform calibration using the
calibration gas every 6
months.
CO
2
calibration value is stored in the
CO
2
unit. If replaced to a calibrated
CO
2
unit, recalibration is not required.
05 Equipment
Information, Status
Check the equipment
information.
・
Equipment information,
serial no., manufactured
month should be correct.
・
“NG/ERROR” should not
be displayed for the status
on the maintenance menu.
However, as
“OK/NG/ERROR” judgment is
performed on a fixed
condition, “NG/ERROR” may
be displayed during standard
usage.
【
Caution
】
As specific equipment
information and setup
information are stored in the
CPU board, proper function
may not be possible even if
the same CPU board is used.
Equipment information, status should
be correct.
When CPU board is replaced,
equipment information needs to be
properly transferred from the old CPU
board.
Otherwise, not only the proper
operation cannot be performed,
equipment may be damaged.
The following are the main information
stored.
serial no., manufactured month,
operation time, CPU board version,
MAC address for communication,
communication setup, language,
destination, detailed specification,
optional setup, mounting status,
calibration value, correction value,
specific information of the serial
equipment.
