CPU Module
This section describes the CPU module.
4.3.1
Overview of CPU Module

The CPU module consists of a SPARC64 V processor that conforms to the SPARC
V9 architecture.
l
One system board accommodates up to eight CPU modules.
l
To improve the reliability of the system, error checking and correction (ECC) is
employed. ECC is also used to check errors in the primary cache and secondary
cache of the CPU.
