Posizionare il supporto albero distributore

e fis

sarlo alla scatola ingranaggi dell’elemento con le
relative viti.
• Allineare la sede della chiavetta dell’albero distri
-
butore
(F)
con il foro sull’intermittore
(G)
e tenendo
fermo l’albero in modo da mantenere ferma questa
posizione di fasatura si va ad agire sulla boccola di
registro coppia conica
(h)
con una chiave del 30,
fino a far combaciare i due ingranaggi della coppia
conica verificando che tra di essi non ci sia né trop
-
po gioco né troppa interferenza ma che l’albero e
l’intermittore girino senza ostacoli.

na volta verificato che l’albero rispetta le condizio
-
ni sopra descritte, fissare il tutto con il controdado
(I)
stringendo con una chiave del 32.
• Ingrassare l’interno della scatola e chiuderla con il
relativo carter
(l)
tramite le appropriate viti.

Position the distributor shaft support
(E)
and fix it
to the gear box of the element with their M8×25
screws.
•
Align the seat of the distributor shaft key
(F)
with a
hole on the index drive
(G)
and while holding the
shaft in order to hold this phasing position, you will
act on the bevel gear calibrating bushing
(h)
with
a 30 wrench, up to matching the two bevel gears
making sure that among them, there is neither too
much play nor too much interference but that the
shaft and the indexer rotate unhindered.

O
nce you have verified that the shaft meets the
conditions described above, fasten it with the
locknut
(I)
tightening with a 32 wrench.
•
Grease the inside of the box and close it with its
casing

with the special screws.
