Quando si cambia il numero di bicchieri e quindi
gli ingranaggi di accoppiamento distributore - ruota
portabicchieri, può esserci la necessità di rifasare
l’accoppiamento stesso.
Per questa operazione, procedere come segue:
Con la macchina sollevata dal suolo:
•
Togliere i carter
(A)
.
•
Allentare il tendicatena
(B)
e togliere la giunzione
della catena
(C)
ed i pignoni non idonei.
• ruotare il distributore fino a raggiungere la posizione
di scarico sul lato sinistro rispetto al senso di marcia,
quindi ruotare il bicchiere
(D) (Rif. 1 sulla corona)
fino ad allinearlo con il bicchiere di scarico pianta.
•
Montare i pignoni
(E
e
F)
compatibili con il numero di
tazze montate sulla ruota dentata e unirli tramite la
catena
(C)
cercando di mantenere le posizioni pre-
cedenti.

When you change the number of containers, therefore,
the distributor - wheel container coupling gears, there
may be the need for re-timing of the coupling itself.
To do this, proceed as follows:
When the machine is raised from the ground:
•
Remove the casings
(A)
.
•
Loosen the chain tensioner
(B)
and remove the chain
junction
(C)
and the pinions that are not suitable.
•
Rotate the distributor until you reach the exhaust
position on the left side in relation to the direction
of travel, and then rotate the container
(D) (Ref. 1
on the gear wheel)
to align it with the plant feed
container plant.
•
Install the pinions
(E
and
F)
compatible with the
number of containers installed on the toothed
wheel and combine them using the chain
(C)
trying
to keep the previous positions.
