In the SICom the logic is as follows:
Logical gate selection guide
The configured signal will make a pulse of the adjusted milliseconds
once the input signal is activated.
The configured signal waits the adjusted milliseconds to activate itself.
The configured signal will be activated till it is externally reset (command,
reset key, communications…), though the input signal drops off.
