Home 11
The Home 11 configuration has the same features of the HOME 10
configuration, plus:

an external line, along with the GSM line;
- an LCR system (automatic call routing: calls towards fixed line numbers
are routed via external line, while calls towards GSM numbers are routed
via GSM line);
- ABSENT profile
. call forwarding towards a number to be programmed is enabled
for incoming external calls;
Office 20
The OFFICE 20 configuration provides for:
- the presence of a GSM line only;
- premium rate call barring (e.g. 144-166-899);
- PRESENT profile
. the incoming calls will make all the telephones ring;
. the courtesy responder is enabled with the message: “all our
lines are busy at the moment; please hold the line”;
- ABSENT profile
. the incoming calls will make all the telephones ring;
. call forwarding towards a number to be programmed is enabled
for incoming doorphone calls;
. the courtesy responder is enabled with the message: “we are
currently not in the office; please try your call again later”;
- RELAX profile
. the incoming calls will make all the telephones ring;
. the courtesy responder is enabled with the message: “we are
currently not in the office; please try your call again later”;
Office 21
The OFFICE 21 configuration has the same features of the OFFICE 20
configuration plus:

an external line, along with the GSM line;
