Examples of voicemail operation
Initial situation
Voicemail enabled, no messages.
•
The extension on which the voicemail is enabled rings upon an
incoming external call.
•
After 20 seconds the voicemail answers and the voicemail with
available mailboxes message will be played: “We are currently out of
the office; please leave a message after the beep”.
•
The caller can leave a message of the duration set via the remote
programmer software. Europa GSM will take into account the
interruption of the conversation by the caller.

After 10 seconds the voicemail answers and the voicemail with
available mailboxes message will be played: “We are currently out of
the office; please leave a message after the beep”.

not in the office; please try your call again”.

The call is ended.
Signalling icons on ST 600 Personal Phones
Blow are the icons on the ST 600 Personal Phone of the extension to which the
voicemail has been assigned:
Envelope Icon
- when it’s on, it indicates that there are unlistened messages in the
voicemail;
- when it’s off, there are no unlistened messages in the voicemail.
