Initial situation:
An external user is making a call from a multifrequency dialling telephone.
¾
Upon Europa GSM answer, the external user hears the automatic
operator prompting message.
¾
The external user presses the button corresponding to the operation
requested.
The operation is carried out.
Note: enabling the OPA service does not prevent showing the caller
identification (CLI) on the display of the called extensions.
Note: if the call is diverted to an extension which is busy, or not
enabled to receive DISA calls, the call will be diverted to
extensions enabled to answer calls over that line.
Note: if a password is required by the selected function, you will
hear a beep.
Note: if you activate/deactivate a relay, you will receive a
confirmation message and the menu will be reproduced.
Accessing control menu
As a factory setting, the control menu (menu n°10) is preset to activate the
actuator relays, or to enable ambient listening through handsfree terminal or
telephone system handsfree. The control menu can be accessed by dialling the
appropriate code during the DISA message, or during the voicemail message.
