AUXILIARY SERVICES

Dial the two (or three) digits indicating the number of the extension or
of the handsfree to be accessed (the first digit must be a 4).
You will hear what is happening in the room and you can speak with a person
in that room.
If the selected extension is not provided with a system telephone, you will hear
a series of error tones and the message: “Help request” again.
You can hear the alarm message at any time pressing #.
The handsfree of another extension can be accessed at any time:

Dial the two (or three) digits indicating the number of the extension or

In order to extend the conversation time:

Enter any digit different froma 4 and * (asterisk).
In order to end the alarm sequence:

Press * (asterisk).
¾
Dial the user password (max. 5 digits).
If the conversation has ended but the alarm hasn’t, the action sequence will
continue.
Note: contemporaneous alarms can be managed at the same time.
In the event both sequences present the same action at the
same time, one will be performed, while the other will be
queued.
Functioning – internal call
The occurrence of an event has determined the initiation of an action sequence.
The action in progress is an internal call.

Answering the incoming call.
You will hear the message “Help request”.The handsfree terminal
automatically turns on allowing ambient listening of the room.
In order to end the alarm sequence:

Press * (asterisk).
¾
Dial the user password (max. 5 digits).
If the conversation has ended but the alarm hasn’t, the action sequence will
continue.
Note: contemporaneous alarms can be managed at the same time.
In the event both sequences present the same action at the
same time, one will be performed, while the other will be
queued.
