igmp set forwardall
11.2.1 Syntax
igmp set forwardall {enabled|disabled}
11.2.2 Description
This command allows you to enable/disable your router’s ability to forward
multicast traffic to ALL interfaces. By default, multicast traffic is only forwarded
to interfaces on which there is IGMP Proxy group membership.
Setting forward all is an alternative to IGMP Proxy. If you set
forwardall
enabled
, it unsets the upstream interface and disables IGMP proxy.
11.2.3 Options
The following table gives the range of values for each option which can be
specified with this command and a default value (if applicable).

Your router forwards multicast traffic to
all interfaces. This sets the upstream
interface to none and disables IGMP
Proxy.

Your router only forwards multicast
traffic to interfaces on which there are
IGMP Proxy group members.
