Rough multi-part form binding causes paper jams.

2.

The multi-part form sheets should be bound together with spot gluing (dotted
paste), paper stapling (mechanical staking), or tape stitching. Forms joined
with spot gluing are recommended for the best printing quality.

3.

For multi-part forms joined with dotted paste, the form sheets can be joined
on either a single side or both sides. Figure 1-14 shows the recommended
paste positions.
