Policy-Map Commands

service-policy
This
command
attaches
a
policy
map
to
an
output
or
input
interface.
You
can
attach
a
single
policy
map
to
one
or
more
interfaces.
Syntax
service-policy
[
input
|
output
]
policy-map-name
Syntax of the “no” Form
The
no
form
of
the
command
removes
a
policy
map
from
the
interface:
no service-policy
[
input
|
output
]
Mode
Interface
configuration:
XSR(config-if<xx>)#
Example
The
following
example
associates
policy
map
ACMEpolicy
with
Serial
1/0
:
XSR(config)#interface serial 1/0
XSR(config-if<S1/0>)#service-policy output ACMEpolicy
