7�1 Overview
The Solimotion FTR20 is configured using a function selection switch (encoding switch)
and two operating buttons (adjustment to the sensitivity needed for clear and unambiguous
material flow detection). The parameter configuration is stored internally and is retained even
after the supply voltage is disconnected.
No other operator intervention is necessary during operation.

• The device is in operating mode in encoding switch position "0" only. All other positions are
for parameter configuration. The FTR20 flow indicator for bulk solids continues to work in
the background, changed settings are taken into account directly.
• Remember to reset the encoding switch to the initial position "0" (= operation) when you
have finished configuring settings.
