4-24 Setting Printing Options
Setting the effective printing area (L.L. and U.R.)
CAUTION! Immediately after the L.L. and U.R. settings are saved, the
pen carriage moves to the new origin point. When setting this function,
keep you hands, hair, etc. away from NovaCut's moving parts.
The L.L. and U.R. functions let you set an arbitrary effective printing area by
specifying its lower left (L.L.) and upper right (U.R.) points. Coordinate data
outside the specified area will not be printed. When the effective printing area is
moved, the origin point also moves accordingly.
Whenever the NovaCut is turned off, these functions are reset to provide the
maximum effective printing area.
These functions can be set to any point outside of the media to be cut. The L.L.
and U.R. functions specify two points: the lower left point and the upper right
point. If these two points are improperly specified (for example, by setting the
upper left and lower right points, or by setting the lower left and upper right
points so that their X or Y coordinates are less than 5 mm apart), the following
message appears for several seconds.

In this case, repeat the procedure.
