! Work with one ink color at a time to prevent contaminating another
color.
1 Press TEST to display the menu below.

PRIME TEST>
If pressing Test displays the menu below, the printer is in Cutting mode. In
this case, switch to PAUSE status and then select the Print mode.

2 Press F3 (ACCESS CARTRIDGES) to move the carriage to the position
which allows replacement of the ink cartridges.
3 Be sure the tubing clamps are open.
The carriage assembly has four blue tubing clamps on the top which close
and open the ink delivery lines. To close the tubing clamp, press down on
its left side until it snaps under the overhang.
To open the tubing clamp, press the overhang to the left until the tubing
clamp pops up.

4 Remove a 30 cc pump and rubber priming attachment from the NovaInk
tool kit. Two sets are provided; either can be used.
