No water heating and ame monitor tripped off
If the water of the High Pressure Cleaner is not heated and the ame monitor
tripped off, the following failures may occur:
• Fuel oil container is empty.
• Insuf cient fuel oil or air is present in the fuel oil sypply system (check or
tighten fuel oil supply lines and install automatic evacuating valve).
• Flow switch B 4 switched off or defective (ensure adequate water supply
according to section 2.2.5 or lter in the oat valve has to be cleaned).
• Exhaust thermostat B 7 tripped off (unlock and check device).
• Photo electric (LD) eye is sooted or defective.
• Heat coil is sooted.
• Flame plate is sooted.
• Fuel oil lter is clogged.
• Fool oil nozzle is defective.
• Ignition electrodes burned down or defective (check and/or adjust and on
condition replace).
• Ignition cable is defective.
• Ignition transformer is defective.
• Coupling between fuel oil pump and burner motor is defective.
• Fuel oil pump is defective.
• Low fuel oil cut off of the fuel oil pump is contaminated or defective.
• Flame control is defective.
• Flow switch is defective.
• Solenoid valve in the fuel oil pump is clogged or defective.
• Burner motor is defective.
3.3.2 Replacing components
Replace defect components according to illustrations in the spare parts
catalogue (see section 5).
For replacing components use only manufacturer recommended spare parts
(see spare parts catalogue in section 5).
