Provide for every wash place in a high pressure cleaning system a high pres
sure block valve (4, gure 2).
After the assembly of the high pressure pipe, test the system with a pressure
1.3 times higher than the operating pressure of the high pressure cleaner
installed in the system.
After passing the pressure test successfully, the high pressure pipe can be
insulated with a temperature resistant insulation.
2.2.10 Installing the cleaning equipment
Use only original EHRLE high pressure hoses and cleaning equipment.
EHRLE high pressure hoses will be recognized by the red rubber guard and
are compliant with the „Regulations of liquid sprayers“.
For high pressure hose protection the manufacturer EHRLE recommends the
installation of a wall mounted hose reel (7, gure 2) at every wash place.
Connect the high pressure hose (5, gure 2) with the trigger gun (6, gure 2).
Assemble the high pressure hose into the spray wand. Connect the high pres
sure hose to the high pressure outlet (4, gure 2) or to the wall mounted hose
reel (7, gure 2).
2.2.11 Installing the remote control
Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to install
the remote controls.
Install the remote control (3, gure 2) at a easily accessible place for the
operator. The remote control has to be installed with the push button emergen-
cy-off on the top. The manufacturer EHRLE recommends to equip every wash
place with a remote control.
The connection cables (3, gure 1 or 1, gure 2) between the remote control
and the High Pressure Cleaner central unit must comply with the latest edition
of the VDE Wiring Regulations. Cable inlets must comply with IP 55 or higher.
For the connection cable use a cable with a minimum size of 15 x 0.75 mm².
The installation of the remote control and the electrical connection has to be
made by specially trained and quali ed personal according to the attached
device speci c circuit diagrams (a device speci c circuit diagram is included in
the scope of delivery). For connection observe carefully that the wire numbers
of the remote control cable are complying with the identical numbers of the
terminals in the terminal box of the central unit. Remove the terminal bridge
