2.2.12 Installing the self service coin acceptor
Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to install
the self service coin acceptor.
Install the self service coin acceptor at a easily accessible place for the self
service customer.
The connection cables (3, gure 1 or 1, gure 2) between the self service coin
acceptor and the High Pressure Cleaner central unit must comply with the
latest edition of the VDE Wiring Regulation. Cable inlets must comply with IP
55 or higher. For the connection cable use a cable with a minimum size of
15 x 0.75 mm².
The installation of the self service coin acceptor and the electrical connection
has to be made by specially trained and quali ed personal according to the
attached device speci c circuit diagrams (a device speci c circuit diagram is
included in the scope of delivery). For connection observe carefully that the
wire numbers of the self service coin acceptor cable are complying with the
identical numbers of the terminals in the terminal box of the central unit. Re-
move the terminal bridge from 19E to 19F (see device speci c circuit diagram)
before connecting the self service coin acceptor cable to the terminal box in
the central unit.
When the supply voltage is provided to the central unit the lamp H7 (stand by
operation) of the self service coin acceptor is illuminated. With the time relay
K14 the desired operation period (cleaning period) may be adjusted according
to the value of the inserted coin.
Insert only one coin for each cleaning period. Inserting coins one
after the other during the same cleaning period doesn’t increase
the operation period.
For the rst use of the self service coin acceptor or after a power failure
proceed as follows:
• Insert a coin. The High Pressure Cleaner switches to stand by operation.
• Press the push button „0/1“ (1, gure 12 or 1, gure 13) in the control panel
of the central unit. If desired press the push button „Heating on/off“ (4, gure
12 or gure 13).
The High Pressure Cleaner is now prepared for operation.
