2.3 Commissioning and Operation
2.3.1 Before rst commissioning
Activities before rst commissioning are only allowed specially
trained and quali ed personal.
Before the rst commissioning proceed as follows:
• Check oil level of the high pressure pump. If required, ll up oil to the „max“
mark. Use only high quality oil recommended in section 3.2.6).
Only for series HS
Fill up the fuel oil container (5, gure 1). Operate the High Pressure Cleaner
only with heating oil EL or Diesel.
Only for series HS and HSG
Fill up the fuel oil container (5, gure 1). Operate the High Pressure Cleaner
only with heating oil EL or Diesel.
Operate the High Pressure Cleaner only with installed chimney.
Before rst commissioning, the adjustable chimney (21, gure 1)
must be assembled to the exhaust pipe. Otherwise the operating
safety of the High Pressure Cleaner may be affected.
The adjustable chimney (21, gure 1) has to be assembled to the exhaust
pipe.
Operate the High Pressure Cleaner only with installed chimney (22, gure 1).
With the rst commissioning check the exhaust emissions according to the
following sections and adjust the burner if required.
2.3.2 Oil burner check and adjustment for series HS and HSC
Use only heating oil EL or Diesel. Otherwise the High Pressure
Cleaner operating safety may be affected and injury to persons
may result.
Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to check
and adjust the oil burner.
Check the exhaust at the adjustable chimney (21, gure 1) for the values listed
