2.2.13 Installing the chimney for series HS and HSG
The scope of delivery of the series HSG includes the “Installation
and Operating Instructions” from the gas burner manufacturer
(original equipment manufacturer). Observe the “Installation and
Operating Instructions” for chimney installation.
Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to install
the chimney.
For chimney installation avoid horizontal- and 90°- ttings. The construction of
the chimney should guarantee a underpressure of 1 mmWS at the exhaust
pipe of the High Pressure Cleaner central unit.

In consideration of the data listed above and a pipe diameter of 150 mm a
minimum effective chimney length (stack height) of 4 m is required.
For chimney installation contact the manufacturer EHRLE. The chimney com-
ponents are offered as accessories.
The manufacturer recommends strongly the installation of the adjustable chim-
ney (21, gure 1). This component allows easy access to the central units
plugin unit. Otherwise removing and re-assembling of the chimney is
necessary. Additionally the adjustable chimney provides connection ttings for
the exhaust testing equipment.
