2.2 Installation of the High Pressure Cleaner
2.2.1 General
Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to
perform the High Pressure Cleaner installation activities.
Observe the local regulations for High Pressure Cleaner
installation and operation.
The High Pressure Cleaners in standard con guration are not to
be used in rooms with ammable or explosiveness atmosphere.
During operation of oil red or gas red High Pressure Cleaners in
enclosure rooms, make sure that the exhaust is leaded off properly
and there is suf cient fresh air circulation. Using high pressure
cleaners in gas-stations observe the regulation of „Technical
rules for ammable liquids“.
For special applications in rooms with ammable or explosiveness
atmosphere use only electrical heated High Pressure Cleaners of
the appropriate EEx protection class.
For the EHRLE High Pressure Cleaner heating installation (series
HS and HSG) observe the re equipment regulations. Observe
also the local planning authority regulations.
The gas red High Pressure Cleaner HSG 1240 is equipped with
a gas burner from manufacturer HANSA (original equipment
manufacturer). The scope of delivery of the series HSG includes
the “Installation and Operating Instructions” from HANSA. Observe
the “Installation and Operating Instructions” for the gas burner.
Operate the EHRLE High Pressure Cleaners only with clean water
from the water supply. The maximum temperature of the water
supply must not exceed 30° C.
The water supply and the electrical facility power outlet (mains) must ensure
continuous and failure free High Pressure Cleaner operation (see also
section 1.4, technical data).
