2.2.7 Installing the natural gas supply for series HSG
The scope of delivery of the series HSG includes the “Installation
and Operating Instructions” from the gas burner manufacturer
(original equipment manufacturer). Observe the “Installation and
Operating Instructions” for the gas burner.
Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to install
the gas supply equipment.
To ensure the operating safety of the High Pressure Cleaner, use
only gas type noted on the type plate of the gas burner.
Otherwise injury to persons may result.
There are two different gas burner versions using natural gas or
liquid bottled gas. Observe note on the type plate of the gas
burner.
Use the gas type noted on the type plate on the gas burner.
For proper High Pressure Cleaner operation a hydraulic gas pressure between
40 and 50 mbar (for natural gas min. 25 mbar) is necessary. Otherwise adjust
the natural gas house supply to correct gas pressure.
Provide a minimum inside diameter of 1 inch for the gas delivery pipe. Equip
the gas delivery pipe with a pressure gauge and a shut off valve.
Provide a exible metal hose between the static gas pipe and the
gas burner. Otherwise oscillation may damage the high pressure
pump.
Mount a exible metal hose between the static gas pipe and the gasburner.
