High Pressure Cleaner is unable to reach full pressure
If the High Pressure Cleaner is unable to reach the full pressure, the following
failures may occur:
• Detergent container is empty.
• Water supply is inadequate (see section 2.2.5).
• Filter in the oat valve is clogged or damaged.
• Chemical metering valve is drawing air.
• Unloader valve is adjusted too low or defective.
• Safety valve is leaking or defective.
• Nozzle is clogged or defective.
• High pressure pump valves are contaminated or defective.
• High pressure pump sleeves are defective.
Insuf cient or no detergent supply
If insuf cient or no detergent is supplied, the following failures may occur:
• Chemical metering valve is in position “0“.
• Detergent container empty or detergent lter is clogged.
• Detergent suction hoses, chemical metering valve or magnetic valve are
clogged or damaged.
• Detergent suction height too high.
• Current push switch K 3 or K 4 defekt.
No water heating
If the water of the High Pressure Cleaner is not heated, the following failures
may occur:
• Thermostat is in Position “0” or defective.
• Operating pressure is under a threshold of 25 bar.
• Relay K 2 is defective.
• Contactor K 10 ist defective.
• Electric heating element E 1 - E 4 is defective.
