3 Maintenance and Repair
Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to
perform the maintenance and repair activities.
Before starting with the maintenance and repair activities,
separate High Pressure Cleaner from the facility AC power outlet
by switching off the main switch (2, gure 1). Ensure, that the
High Pressure Cleaner is not switched on unintentionally or
unauthorized (e.g. lock main switch).
The scope of delivery of the series HSG includes the “Installation
and Operating Instructions” from the gas burner manufacturer
(original equipment manufacturer). Before starting maintenance
and repair activities of series HSG, observe the “Installation and
Operating Instructions” for the gas burner.
3.1 Care for the High Pressure Cleaners
3.1.1 Cleaning the High Pressure Cleaner
Do not clean the commissioned High Pressure Cleaner itself.
Always decommission the High Pressure Cleaner before cleaning
and secure it against accidentially or unauthorized switching on
again (e.g. lock main switch).
For cleaning decommission the High Pressure Cleaner according to section
2.5 and ensure that
• water supply shut off valve (14, gure 1) is closed,
• main switch (2, gure 1) is in position “Off“ and secured against accidentially
or unauthorized switching on again (e.g. lock main switch).
3.1.2 Anti freeze protection
When exposing the High Pressure Cleaner temperatures below 0° C, provide
anti freeze protection.
3.2 Maintenance for the High Pressure Cleaners
To ensure the High Pressure Cleaner operational safety, a long life cycle and
to maintain the performance the maintenance activities described in the
following sections has to be performed periodically by specially trained and
quali ed personal.
