Making the System Settings

Practical Use

Keyboard settings

Click the [System Preferences] button in Selector.

The System Preferences WINDOW appears.

Adjust the “Key Repeat Rate."

This adjusts the speed at which input will repeat when you hold down a key.

Adjust the “Key Repeat Delay."

This adjusts the time until input will begin repeating when you hold down a key.

Click the [Close] button.

Mouse settings

Click the [System Preferences] button in Selector.

The System Preferences window appears.

Specify the “Double-Click Speed."

This specifies the speed at which double-clicking will be detected.

Adjust the “Mouse Speed."

This specifies the speed of the pointer in the screen when you move the mouse.

Click the [Close] button.
