Using Help
On-line help is available at any time. There are two types of on-line Help: Context-Sensitive HELP and a HELP
Table of Contents. Context Sensitive Help is invoked from any point in the display for specific information on the
selected topic. It is most appropriate for help with specific items, usually, Coral telephony features that you would
like to know more about. The Help TOC provides a menu driven Help file which is most useful for a general
overview of the GKT.

To obtain context-sensitive help on any topic in the display:
1.
Select the topic by using the scroll keys (
E N T E R
is used to activate the feature).
2.
Press
H E L P
to invoke the on-line help. Use
P G U P
and
P G D N
as well as the scroll keys to scroll.
3.
Press
E S C
to return to the last screen displayed before
H E L P
was invoked.
For Example: To access information for the MUSIC feature, select
