You can add contacts to the Favorites List (FDN) only if they already exist in the Directory. See Adding Contacts to
the Directory on page 38. To add a contact to the Favorites List (FDN) you must first choose the contact name to add
and then choose its location on the list.

busy/idle indicator icon that appears next to the name listed in the directory.
