NOTE! The
S H I F T
hard key is the same as the
S H I F T
key on the keyboard.
Use the Shift key in combination with other keys for enhanced GKT functions such
as with HELP or SEARCH.
SHIFT is always pressed before the next key and not simultaneously with any other
key, allowing simple one-finger operation of the GKT.
Examples:
To print a capital Q, press
S H I F T
and then
q
, subsequent letters return to
lowercase. Use
C A P S
for all uppercase letters.
S H I F T
H E L P
– Displays the Help Table of Contents.
S H I F T
S E A R C H
– Finds character strings in the middle of the words.
Note! Press the
S H I F T
key, release it, and then the next key. The GKT ignores two
keys pressed simultaneously.
