Appendix B - Attendant Features
This appendix includes the complete list of Attendant Features. This information can also be found on your GKT on-line
Help by simply pressing the
H E L P
key when selecting the related feature.
You can also program any feature into a Directory softkey location by using its default feature code and any required
destination number. Enter the feature as you would any New Entry and give the feature a related name in the Directory. For
example, you may want to program a CALL FWD SUSAN softkey that automatically call forwards all your calls to Susan.

and their default dial numbers.
Most attendant features are activated upon other stations. Once you have activated an attendant feature, the related options
appear on the GKT screen as displayed below. Each individual option always appears on the same location on the display,
however, only the relevant options appear as needed.
